I participated in Runway’s Gen:48 Competition (Third Edition), creating a short AI film within 48 hours. The production process incorporated AI-generated visuals, animation, voice narration, and editing. Set in medieval Europe, the film tells the story of a 19-year-old girl grappling with her lover’s sudden death. In her desperation, she seeks out a mysterious creature and asks to be transformed into his appearance.
In this project, AI enabled me to bring together diverse visual sources from different time periods. Creating this film within just 48 hours introduced me to an intuitive and accelerated creative process that reshaped how I work as a designer.
